Cream Muffin Premix
RECIPE
1kg Crème muffin mix
7 eggs
200ml water
150ml oil
METHOD
Mix muffin mix, eggs and water in a bowl and beat for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down sides. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed. Add oil slowly while beating on low speed for 1 minute. Spoon into prepared muffin tins (fill ¾ full) and bake at 200ºC for 20 minutes.
VARIATION:
Add 150g of any of the following before baking: chocolate chips (blueberry / caramel / mint) glazed chopped ginger and rum essence granadilla pulp and mint essence chopped bar-one / coffee choc chips and cappuccino essence to taste
