Get all the trade secrets on how to bake the perfect cake

PLEASE BRING TO THE CLASS:

• 2 x large mixing bowls
• Electric hand beater
• Apron
• Dish cloth
• Tea towel
• 2 x 20cm round cake pan (deep)
• 500g butter or STORK margarine
• Baking tray (Swiss roll pan)
• Container to transport cakes
• Cake plate or cake board to fit pan (little bit bigger)
• 750ml canola oil
